Each card shows the starter's sample day. Preview opens every example duty. They all use fictional labels like Me, Colleague 1, and Room 104.

Personal daily routineA single day that repeats Monday through Friday: arrival, classroom support blocks, time elsewhere, supervision, a break and dismissal, each with a location and your role.For one para whose plan is mostly the same every workday.

Personal weekly routineArrival, lunch, a break, afternoon support and dismissal stay the same every day, while mornings and early afternoons follow a different plan on each weekday.For one adult whose assignments change from one weekday to the next.

One-to-one adult support dayYour responsibilities alongside an assigned student's day: arrival, each class block, a supervised student break, a handoff before your own break, and dismissal. There is no student profile; the group label is a placeholder you replace with a label your school permits.For an adult whose day follows one assigned student's routine, recorded as the adult's own responsibilities.

Floating / multiple-classroom scheduleA day across four rooms, the library and shared spaces, with five minutes between rooms. Classroom team rotationsThree adults, three stations and two rotations, with staggered breaks, a relief interval, a named handoff and shared notes. Period-based school dayEach duty is tied to a named period (Period 1 is 8:05–8:55 AM), so times stay exact and overlap checks still work. A second bell schedule shows how an assembly day shifts the same periods.For an adult whose assignments follow named class periods, often across several rooms.
