Delete your Para Schedule account
Last updated September 27, 2026.
Para Schedule, made by VAHZOR, is a schedule for adults organizing their school workday, on the website and in the Para Schedule app. This page explains how to delete your account, what is removed and what is kept, and what to do if you cannot sign in.
See also Privacy and school use and the mobile app.
Delete your account in the app or on the website
You can start the deletion yourself, in the Para Schedule app or on the website. You do not need to reinstall the app or contact anyone.
- In the app: open Settings › Account & data › Delete my account.
- On the website: sign in at paraschedule.com, then open Settings › Account & data › Delete my account.
- Type your account email to confirm, then choose Delete my account. The deletion happens right away.
You must be signed in to the account you are deleting, and typing its email is the confirmation. Nobody can delete an account by filling in a form without signing in.
If you might want your schedule again, choose Download backup (in the app, Save a backup) on the same page first.
If you cannot sign in
- Forgot your password: choose Forgot your password? on the sign-in page. A reset link goes to the account's email address; once you are back in, delete the account as above. Receiving that email is how Para Schedule knows the account is yours.
- No longer have that email address: Para Schedule has not published a monitored contact address yet. One will be listed here as soon as it is set up. Until then, only the password-reset path above can prove an account is yours, and no account is deleted on an unverified request.
What is deleted
- Every schedule you own: its routine and every saved version, changes for particular dates, day types, adult labels, subjects, teams, your saved templates and duties, and the notes you wrote in them.
- Everyone's viewer access to your schedules, at once.
- Your account: your email address, your password hash, your display name and preferences, every signed-in session on every device (including the app), and any open email verification or password-reset links.
- Product measurement linked to you: your sign-up source record, milestones, and daily-use records. Your account and schedule ids are removed from the remaining coded measurements, and the text of any feedback you sent is deleted.
What is kept, and why
- Plan and payment records (subscriptions, invoices, refunds, trial use, and plan grants) are kept for bookkeeping. The link to you is removed: the records point to a random marker instead of your account.
- The payment provider's own records. If you ever paid for Plus, Stripe keeps its records of those payments under its own terms; deleting your Para Schedule account does not delete them.
- Coded measurements without your ids until their 90-day period ends, and a note that a random id was deleted, so it is never linked to anything again. See Product measurement.
- Schedules other people own are not changed, including ones they shared with you.
- Copies outside Para Schedule: files you downloaded, PDFs you shared or saved, and pages you printed are separate copies. Para Schedule cannot recall them.
- Host backups: Para Schedule keeps no separate backup copies. If the hosting provider keeps database backups, deleted data can remain in them until they expire; that period has not been decided yet, and the privacy page will state it once it is set.
When it happens
Immediately. When you confirm, the account and everything listed under What is deleted are removed in one step, and every device signed in to the account is signed out. It cannot be undone from Para Schedule.
If you have Plus
- While a paid Plus subscription is still set to renew, Para Schedule does not delete the account, so no charge is left behind. Cancel first on the website in Settings › Plan & billing › Manage billing, then delete the account.
- In a Plus trial with a card on file, cancel the trial the same way before you delete the account, so nothing is charged when the trial ends.
- Plus is bought and managed on the website only. The app sells nothing, and deleting or uninstalling the app never cancels a subscription.
Signing out or uninstalling is not deleting
- Sign out ends the session on that device. Your account and schedules stay, and you can sign in again.
- Uninstalling the app removes the app and its saved sign-in from that phone. Your account, your schedules, and any subscription stay on the server.
- Only Delete my account removes the account.
If you only read someone else's schedule
Deleting your account removes your sign-in. The schedules other people shared with you are theirs and are not touched; their invitation to your email address stays in their sharing settings until they remove it.
Deleting one schedule instead
To remove a schedule but keep your account, use Delete this schedule on the same Account & data page. You can then set up a new schedule. See Export, deletion, and retention for the details.
