Do I need a school email?
No. Any email address you can receive works. Your school's rules still decide what information you may put in a schedule.
Who needs a paid account?
Only the person who maintains the schedule, and only if they choose Plus. The adults listed on it and the people you invite to read it never need a paid account.
Does one subscription cover my classroom team?
Yes, for the one schedule you own: up to 25 adults, including you. Each adult is a label you type, not an account. Someone who keeps a schedule of their own chooses a plan for it separately.
What stays free?
Your personal day and week, one-day changes, dependable saving, every schedule warning, all five single-copy printouts, export of everything you saved, and 2 viewer invitations at a time. Free is not a trial and does not end.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged, because no card is asked for. Your schedule moves to Free and nothing you made is deleted; a team schedule stays readable, printable, and exportable. Each account has one 30-day trial.
What remains if I cancel Plus?
Plus continues until the end of the period you paid for, and the billing page shows that date. After it, the Free rules apply: you can still read, print, export, and delete everything, and people you invited keep exactly the access they had.
Can my school reimburse it?
That depends on your school. A receipt names Para Schedule Plus and the amount ($29/year or $3.99/month), never anything from your schedule.
Buying Plus is not school approval to use workplace information in it. Check your school's rules first.
Is phone access a separate purchase?
No. Para Schedule works in your desktop and phone browser with the same account and plan. There is no separate app to buy.
