Understand schedule checks

What a check means, what it does not mean, and how to review one.

Steps

  1. Open Review checks in the Planner. The number beside it counts the checks still open.

  2. Read each check. It names the duties, the adults, and the exact times involved, for example the same adult on two duties at once, a duty during an adult's break, or fewer adults than a duty says it needs.

  3. Choose View both assignments to see them, Edit to change one, or Acknowledge with note when the arrangement is intended.

Good to know

  • A reviewed check stays listed and marked Reviewed. Nothing is hidden.
  • Checks describe the times and assignments you entered. They never say a day is safe, approved, or correctly staffed, and they do not decide who should cover what.
