Mark who is responsible

Add a subject, a label and color you choose, to a duty, and mark which adult is responsible while others help.

Steps

  1. Open Settings, then Schedule setup, then Subjects, and choose Add a subject.

  2. Type a label and pick a color. Choose dedicated when one adult stays with it the whole time, or shared, then choose Add subject.

  3. In the Planner, open a duty in your routine draft and pick the subject for it.

  4. In the duty's list of adults, turn on Responsible for the adult who is responsible. The others are recorded as helping.

  5. Save to draft and use the version. On the team board the responsible adult has a solid rail and a helper has an outline.

Good to know

  • A subject is only a label and a color. The app never asks for a student's name; use a label your school permits, which can be as plain as a color.
  • A duty with one adult needs no mark: that adult is responsible.
  • Free includes 12 subjects and Plus includes 40. Relief order on a break, teams, and swaps between adults are part of Plus.
  • Checks point out a duty that has a subject and several adults but nobody marked responsible. They never decide who should be.
